99% alumina ceramic substrate has a better mechanism properties than 95% alumina or other low alumina ceramic parts. The main manufacturing methods for 99% alumina ceramic substrate include dry pressing tape casting. We can produce from min. size to large size with different thickness, including typical 0.30 thick, 0.38 thick, 0.50mm thick, 0.635mm thick, 1.0mm thick. Besides, customized thickness is avialble to offer.
Also varity of complicated shape, high precision surface treatment and precise dimensional requirement can be achieved via fine grinding, polishing, lapping, cutting, CNC maching and so on.
